Reporting a problem

Most reports can be reproduced in minutes if they arrive complete. Please include:

• The name of the game and the version shown on its store page or in the game's settings screen
• Your device model (for example iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy A54)
• Your operating system version (for example iOS 18.5, Android 15)
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
• A screenshot or a short screen recording, if the problem is visible

Account and data deletion

Only Kaptirik creates an account. To have your account, display name, profile photo and remaining table data deleted, write to support@mobixo.ai from any address and say which game it concerns. Deletion is completed within 30 days. The other games keep no account and no user database — uninstalling them removes the data stored on your device.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through Apple or Google, not through us, so refunds have to be requested from them: https://reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, https://play.google.com/store/account for Google Play. If a purchase did not unlock what it should have, write to us and we will look into it.
