Space Heroes does not require an account and never asks for your real name, e-mail address, phone number, precise location, contacts or photos. The game has no server of its own and we keep no user database. The app uses Google services only to show ads, and your app store to process in-app purchases; your game progress never leaves your device.

Mobixo AI is the developer name shown on this app's Google Play listing and the trading name used by Alaattin Bedir, an independent software developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The same person is the data controller responsible for the data described in this policy. The identifiers below are provided so this policy can be matched to the store listing.

What the app collects
The app has no server of its own and we keep no user database. Data is collected by the third-party services embedded in the app; all of them are listed below.

The app contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no multiplayer, no chat, no friend list and no cloud save. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed above.
Advertising and your consent
The game shows interstitial ads between levels and optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch. Watching a rewarded ad is entirely your choice; declining never locks any part of the game.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's consent screen before any ad is served. Your decision is stored as your preference and you can change it at any time from Settings → Privacy Options inside the game. That row appears only if consent is required in your region.
If you purchase Remove Ads, interstitial ads are switched off entirely. Rewarded ads remain available so you can still choose to watch one and earn coins.
In-app purchases
The game sells coin packs and a one-time Remove Ads product. Payment happens inside the store you installed the app from; your card details, billing address and payment method are never sent to us. The only information that reaches us is which product was purchased and whether it succeeded — and that is used solely to grant the content on your device. Your purchase history is held in your store account, and the Remove Ads entitlement is restored automatically when you reinstall the app.
Children
Space Heroes is not directed to children and is not part of the Google Play Families programme. The app does not ask users for a name, e-mail address, phone number or any other personal detail, and it has no free-text chat, voice chat, photo sharing or friend requests. We do not knowingly collect data from users we know to be under 13; if we become aware of such a case, we delete the data.
Where data is processed
The service providers above operate globally, so your data may be processed outside Türkiye and outside the European Economic Area — in particular in the United States and in the European Union. These transfers take place under the safeguards published by each provider, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long data is kept
Retention of advertising and consent data is governed by Google's own policies. Purchase records are kept on the store side for accounting and refund purposes. Data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Your choices and rights
- Advertising consent: change it at any time from Settings → Privacy Options inside the game.
- Advertising identifier: you can reset or delete it in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Deleting local data: uninstalling the app deletes the score, coins, upgrades and settings stored on your device. This cannot be undone.
- Purchase data: managed from your store account — https://play.google.com/store/account for Google Play.
- Access, correction and deletion: under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the GDPR you may ask what data relates to you and request its deletion. Write to support@mobixo.ai; we respond within 30 days.
