Bulls & Cows: IQ Game

Bulls & Cows does not ask you to create an account and never asks for your real name, e-mail address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or calendar. The app does not ask for the App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track you across other apps. It uses Google services for ads, analytics and crash reports, and Apple's Game Center for the two-player mode and the leaderboards.
Who we are
Bulls & Cows is published on the Apple App Store by Alaattin Bedir, an independent software developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye, who trades as Mobixo AI and is the data controller responsible for the data described in this policy. The game is iOS-only; there is no Android version.

What the app collects
The app has no server of its own and we keep no user database. Data is collected by the third-party services embedded in the app; all of them are listed below.

The app contains no in-app purchases. It does not ask for access to your photo library, camera, calendar, contacts, microphone or location. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed above.
Two-player mode
The two-player mode is run entirely through Apple's Game Center matchmaking. Your Game Center alias is shown to the player you are matched with, and the moves of the match are exchanged between the two devices through Apple's servers. We do not record matches and the game keeps no history of who you played against. There is no free-text chat, voice chat or photo sharing in the app.
Children
Bulls & Cows is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. The app does not ask users for a name, e-mail address, phone number or any other personal detail. If we become aware that a user we know to be under 13 has provided data, we delete it.
Where data is processed
The service providers above operate globally, so your data may be processed outside Türkiye and outside the European Economic Area — in particular in the United States and in the European Union. These transfers take place under the safeguards published by each provider, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long data is kept
Analytics and crash data are retained according to the default retention periods of Google Firebase (currently up to 14 months for analytics events and 90 days for crash reports). Game Center data is kept by Apple under Apple's own policies. Data stored on your device, and data in your own iCloud account, remains until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Your choices and rights
- Notifications: you can turn them off at any time in Settings → Notifications.
- Game Center: you can sign out, or manage what is shared, in Settings → Game Center.
- iCloud sync: you can turn iCloud off for this app in Settings → your name → iCloud.
- Deleting local data: uninstalling the app deletes the progress and settings stored on your device.
- Access, correction and deletion: under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the GDPR you may ask what data relates to you and request its deletion. Write to support@mobixo.ai; we respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy
If the app starts collecting different information, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Significant changes are also announced in the app's App Store release notes.
