Who these terms are with

The games are published by Alaattin Bedir, an independent software developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye, trading as Mobixo AI, under the game brand MagicLampGames. Contact: support@mobixo.ai

Your licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The games themselves are not sold to you — this licence is. It lasts until you stop using the game or the licence is terminated as described below.

What you may not do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble a game, except to the extent this cannot be prohibited by law.
• Modify a game, or distribute a modified build, or redistribute a game outside the official app stores.
• Use cheats, automation, memory editors or modified clients in online play, or exploit a bug in a way that affects other players.
• Harass other players, or send unlawful, threatening or otherwise abusive content in the in-game chat where one exists.
• Attempt to disrupt the services the games depend on, or gain access to accounts or data that are not yours.

If you break these rules we may block access to online features, or terminate the licence, without refunding anything already purchased.

Purchases and refunds

Where a game offers in-app purchases, the transaction is concluded between you and the app store you installed the game from (Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment, invoicing and refunds are handled entirely by that store under its own terms. We cannot issue a refund ourselves; refund requests must go to the store. Virtual items and in-game currency have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Availability

The games are provided as they are. Online features depend on third-party services and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. A game may be removed from a store; if that happens, existing installations are unaffected but may stop receiving updates.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the games are provided without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived are not affected by this paragraph.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or lost progress arising from the use of a game. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The games, their code, artwork, music and names belong to their developer. Press and content creators may use the screenshots, icons and videos published in the press kit at https://magiclamp.games/press for coverage of the games without asking, provided the material is not altered in a misleading way.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change when a game changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your own country.
